  Chris is knowledgeable, responsive, and a great advocate for buyers! He is helping us walk through the process of buying our dream home in Chesapeake. He has a strong knowledge of the area, and knows what to look out for when purchasing homes around here, from older homes to vacation homes to new construction. He's also the only buyer's agent willing to give you back a part of his commission--we'll be using ours to put toward new dining/living room furniture. All in all, we've had a great experience and would recommend Virginia Beach Realty to anyone.

  We used Chris to help us purchased a home in Norfolk this past August. Chris did an excellent job for us on all accounts. He help us get the seller to come down on his price, he help get the seller to pay close to 8,000 dollars of our closing cost, he help get the seller to make quite a few repairs to home, and on top of that he gave us thousands of dollars back as a rebate of his commission at closing. Not only did we not have to bring money to our closing but we actually got paid thousands of dollars to buy this house and that part was amazing!! We would recommend Chris and Virginia Beach Realty to anyone in a heartbeat.
