- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The only thing that's nice about this place is how close it is to town center. Everything is dated and doesn't work well... I could list everything out but that'd take too Long! *WARNING* this place DOES NOT have a grace period to pay rent (most places have 5 days) and will charge you a 10% late fee if your payment isn't made on the first. They got a ton of money out of me that way, if I had known that I would have never moved in. And they will charge you a ton when you move out in "maintenance fees" apparently that's most apartments managed through breeden though. Go somewhere else!!By PJ GREENE, June 17, 2017
