  When I first moved into my house as a renter it was okay but then they started to charge me for a lot of random things that we didn't even get notified that we were going to get charged for so then we paid it all. Short time after that my upstairs air conditioning stopped working and I have a baby to keep healthy so I notified them it stopped working and it took at least 2 or 3 days for someone to come out and they fixed nothing they explained nothing only that they were going to go tell their boss and see what he says. They came back inside told my husband something then left. I had to call them the next day to tell them no one did anything and so what's going to happen cause it didn't seem like they knew what to do. I have 2 rooms upstairs and I was giving one window unit to be put in my bedroom which didn't help much. I also have gotten at least 7 or 8 mice in my house, one is currently still in my house and can harm my child if it wanted to. I called to see if they can exterminate and they said it would have to come out of my pocket if they didn't see any holes the mice could get in through. They are the worst people to ask to compromise with you because they never do. My husband is in the navy and I couldn't pay rent on time because he was gone I called to ask if I could pay it a couple days later and they said okay and still I received a letter saying I have to pay a them a late fee and court and attorney fees over $200 I'm just so done with this place.!!
